Fay (Browning) Black; 549 E. Hillsdale, Inglewood, Los Angeles Co. CA; attended the Franklin Co. KS Picnic held at Hillcrest Park, Fullerton, Los Angeles Co. California. This list not dated, but would be between 1940-1947.
A Franklin Co. KS picnic was held for many years in the Los Angeles area for those connected to or from Franklin Co. Kansas.

Note: I am not of the above family, posting this hoping it helps someone.
