Hi,
There are two "BLack" Families in Clarion Co., PA.
One, this is the one that I am not related to is from Ireland.
William Black born abt 1807 was born in Maryland and married Sarah Berlin. They had several children. I have only been able to find 7 of them.
You might look into this family. If I can help let me know.
I have a little information on this family.
