I am a researcher who also has the last surname of
BLACK in my line.
My BLACK family came from Germany although
I have also seen some who were from Ireland.
I looked in my German dictionary for the name of
LETSON and found nothing.I thought i would let you know so you can at least
rule out a German meaning.Try a Irish dictionary.
