in answer to your question of the father of micajah; in a will found in Iredell county North Carolina (Irdell Co. Orig. Wills 1787-1917, Will Book WB 1/104) A Bartholomew Goodman gives his wife Tabitha a Track of land and other things durning her widowhood. This, except for the land is suposed to be given to his ungest sons William and Micajah. Tabitha and Thomas Moore are to be the executors. Witnesses are Goodrick Moore, John Woodside and John Snow. I think the Bartlett name might be a older Brother.
