I have been working on Black family mention for several years. Any one interested or currently working on this line please feel free to contact me to share info at . Zachary Taylor Black's parents are Coatesworth Pinkney Black and Elvira America Randolph. They had the following children; Perry Leroy McCutchen Black, Zachory Taylor, Jeptha Peterson, Martha Elvira, and Matilda Elina.
Coatsworth P. Black was married three times, Elvira being his third wife.
His first wife died in Marion Co., Ill appr. 1832. There were at least 6 children born to this union. His second wife was Lucinda Avant m 1833 Jefferson Co., IL and the following children were born; Amos Laterman, Thomas Kell, Jane Finley, and Coatsworth Pinkney Jr.
