Lived in Watertown, Wi. for 26 years; Died of a Cold caught when on trip to
Calif. to see daug. after she came home. Came to Albany, New York with her
parents when a year old. Lived there until 1854, then moved to Wisconsin,
settled in Watertown, Wi.; She married George and established their home in
Chippewa Falls, Wi. until 1900, when she came to Spooner, Wi. to make her
home ever since. Funeral services were at the home, Sunday forenoon by Rev.
A.F. Acker of the M.E. church. Forest Hills Cem., Chippewa Falls, Wi.

Of Cleveland, Ohio; Oliver was in the silver fox fur business in Canada
originally, then in the early 1930s, he helped establish Blue Cross
insurance. From there he was hired as an administrator of a hospital in
Richmond, Virginia where he was quite successful. He was so successful at
the hospital business that Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio asked him to
come and work there since they were in a bit of trouble at the time. Later,
Oliver and Mattie moved to Florida where he aquired a Ralsto Purina
distributorship which was quite a lucrative move for him

married (2) RUTH MYRTLE BREWER December 09, 1923 in Fond du lac, Wi.,
daughter of WILLIAM BREWER and EVA A.. She was born May 13, 1890 in Randel

Mrs. Mattie and Miss Anna King of Spooner and Mrs. Kate Lahr of Juda, Wi.;
William Burr lived in Watertown until going to Capital City Commercial
college and then embarked in the mercntile business at Milford, Wi. to which
Amy and William lived after marriage. At time of William Howard's death,
William Burr was the western manager for the Atlantic and Pacific Tea
Company, living at Ottawa, Ill. Waterloo Democrat Newspaper, Wisconsin,
