looking for parents and relatives of Matthew or Mathias Black, born on 4 Feb 1816 in Adams County Pennsylvania and died on 16 Feb 1871 in Union Township, Van Wert County Ohio. He married Catherine Myers in Dec 1842 in Richland County Ohio. He moved to Ohio from Pennsylvania as a young adult. Their children were John, Adam, Henry W. and George Black, Elizabeth Moore, and Sarah Albright.
