"The Kansas City Times" (Missouri) Tuesday, June 5, 1917

Mrs. Nina HAYNES, 23 years old, died yesterday afternoon at her home, 1617 East Thirteenth Street. She is survived by her husband, Charles HAYNES, and a small son; her mother, Mrs. George BLACK; three brothers, Jess BLACK, Clarence BLACK and Edward BLACK, and two sisters, Mildred and Olive BLACK, all of the home address. The funeral services will be held at the home at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
