Anyone doing any research on families with the surname Black from Co. Sligo, Ireland? My g-g-grandfather was a Michael Black of Co. Sligo (married to Elizabeth Smith), whose family left Ireland about 1850 for Scotland, eventually emigrating to the U.S. in about 1870. Always looking for more information, and always happy to share mine!
