Hi I'm not sure he was married three times but my notes had an item that named his 3 Wives Wincey was first (2) was Mary Fairfield, m. 6 April 1865 in Pike County Indiana; (3) was Effie Collins m. 16 Nov 1901 in Pike County, Indiana. The notes I have refer to Wincey as Winifred "Wincey" but only one, all the rest refer to her as Wincey. Most of my notes spell Tolliver rather than Tolivar I'll look further and see what I can find Joanne
