I am searching my husband's family...His grandfather was James Johnson Black born in Alabama..Abt 1840..moved to Texas Married Patience Crain two children Joel and Julie..after Patience death married Texana Smith Milner...4 children Kate married a Mc Coy last heard in Texas 1900. William, and Millie. James Madison Black was my father in law from Abilene, Texas..I would love to contact some of the ancesters.
