I am searching for info concerning John Black and family 1840-41
in Davie Co. NC. Davie came out of Rowan 1836. John Black m. Sarah Humphreys
1832, Rowan, William Baity, Bondsman.
Living close by John is James Williams. In the Williams house is Sally Black
(38), Carmila Black (2), and Calvin Black (9/12).

I would like to know if Sally is a sister to John Black and if the Williams
and Black families are related.
