Looking for information on the following person

Zelia Black Stevens said that she thought her parents were 3rd cousins. Therefore Thomas Black would be Govey Black's father, but I do not have any proof.

I added Sampson, David, Isaac, and Findley Black as sons because I believe they are, but I don't have any proof.
