Dear Keith, It has been a long time since I have done any research on the Black name, but My Blacks are probably the same as yours. As best I can tell they came from Scotland to Lancaster Co. Pa. then down through Va., N.C., S.C. to Ga. and then to Ala. I have a copy of a will of May Williams Black the widow of Lemuel Black form Alabama proir to the civil war. Who are your Black ancestors? Maybe we can help each other .Janice Black Baxley
