Looking for info on Charles R. BLACK and Rosa DEMENT family. Charles was b. 26 Jan 1860 in IA to Franklin BLACK and Elizabeth E. STONE. He died 21 Dec 1898 in Fairhaven, Whatcom County WA.
On 8 Feb 1883 in Neosho County KS, Charles married Rosa DEMENT, daughter of Dr. George D. DEMENT. Sometime between 1884 and 1887 Charles and Rosa moved to Blaine, Whatcom County, WA. They had three children but only two names are known, Lessie May, b. Apr 1884 in KS and George Dow, b. Mar 1887 in WA.
