I, too have connections in Yonah, Habersham and White Co. I read with interest about the family letter where the Black children are named and the ones who are unknown. The unknowns are of the greatest interest to me. Are there any Allens, Allisons, Thurmond(Thurman), Chastains mentioned? Is there any married female Black who you can't connect to the Blacks by birth? I am wondering if we could fill in some holes in your line and also in mine. If interested connect me at .
