Hi fellow "Black " or related seekers
My family name is Black and I am trying to find any relatives who might be
in Scotland or connected to my Scottish relatives. My greatgrandfather is
called John S. Black. He gave birth to my grandfather Richard Johnstone
Black At the time of the 1881 census John S. was 57 and his wife is shown
to be Elizabeth Casey Brown ( born in Ireland )aged 56. They Richard and
two other sons at that time. Tomas (18 years) and Archibald (15 years).
They are registered in Glasgow in the county of Lanark.
Does anyone have any relatives connected? Would love to hear from you
