I have some blacks in Iowa -- but its John Milton Black b around 1800 and he had 14 children, however he had a son that was named John Robert Black, who had 5 children, Ed, Mamie, Ira, Glen and Sarah. dont know if your JH black is one of John Miltons kids, although I dont know if he would have named 2 sons John -- unless John Milton Black had a brother in the area.... gosh it sure is confusing isnt it lol
