Searching for information on Samuel Black, b. about 1781 in NC, perhaps
Caswell Co. He was married to Frances Delone 24 Dec 1802 in Caswell
Co., NC. The family moved to Smith Co., TN by 1820. Have been unable
to find siblings or parents for Samuel.

Known children were: Emily (m. James McMurry), Mary (m. Robert W.
Mason), John (m. Martha ?), Hamilton M. (m. Cynthia Uhles), Thomas J.,
and perhaps David and Henry P.
