If anyone is interested, I have a _LOT_ more where that came from. Also,
you should be aware that there appear to be several different versions
of this record, not all under it's name. I think what happened is that
he continued to revise it as he found more info and it saw publication
in some form or another at several different points in it's development.
I've been to several of the locations mentioned in that record and I
have a great many tombstone photos and other records. I would be very
interested in exchanging notes with anyone researching any part of this
line (particularly if you've ever managed to get back past the beginning
of this record - John Black, or even to discover the name of John's
wife.)
