I just read your message inquiring about information on John Black md Lula Inez Skiver. Lula Skiver was my grandfather's sister. My grandfather was Percy R Skiver, his daughter Bessie Edna Skiver was my mother. I knew Aunt Lula up to the day she passed away. I was born in Portville NY. I am the family Historian and we have the Skiver/Dutton reunion every other year in Eldred Pa. John Black was Lula Skiver's second husband. She had 5 children from 1st marriage, Cooper. Her husband was killed in an accident and later Married John Black and had Clare, Nathan, and Neal. Contact me and I will share my information with you.
