Am looking for a Reuben Black Emerson who married a H.I.Miller in Oregon.he was from Missouri, but not originally I don't think, and am not sure if his middle name was his mothers maiden or not, it is said his siblings had colors as middle names but have not come across this ...he and his father were mule skinners out of Joplin Mo. in late 1800s'. He had several brothers and one sister........he never talked about his family, so I know no more than this except that he became a brakeman w/R.R.
