I have hit a brick wall in my research of my family line. My g-g-g-grandfather is John Black born in Butler, PA in 1806 and was married to a Catherine Keener in 1828. They had one son named Solomon Black born in 1830. Catherine married Moses Wihelm after John's death.
Solomon married Mary Ann Russell on 7 Mar 1854.
They had 8 children:

William Wilson (b: 14 Jan 1855; m: Mollie Neil; d: 15 Feb 1932)
Margaret Jane (b: 27 Oct 1859; m: Wesley Brady, 1885; d: 12 Apr 1955)
Mary Ellen (b: 31 May 1874)
Hary White (b: 22 Feb 1870; m: Ell Boucher, 1891; d: 201 Dec 1951)
Lewis T. (b: 22 Apr 1863; m: Fanny Pike; d: 7 Apr 1949)
Smith M. (b: 22 Apr 1861; m: Sadie Cunningham; d: 22 Jun 1944)
Lizzie Catherine (b:15 May 1857; m: Harman Adams, 1877; d: 9 Oct 1951)
Nanny Bell (b: 10 Oct 1866; never married; d: 22 Mar 1957)

Solomon was a farmer and died on 12 Jul 1912. If any one has any information on John Black and/or his ancestors and/or decendants, I would be greatfull for anything you can pass on.
