Mr. Bishop looked at his info and was not able to find anything about Francis Jane Black. Do you have any additional information about the Black family of Phelps co. MO. Thank you for your help.

PS. On the 1900 census Francis Jane Black/Brown list her birth place as MO, her father's as TN, and her mother's as ARK. From research into other branches, however, I do know that this info can change from census to census. Apparently, several census for Phelps co were destroyed as were the census for Reynolds co where there were several families with the surname "Black".
