I'm looking for any informatioin on these Black's. They lived in Virginia. The man was killed in a hunting accident. They had 2 small children named George and Elizabeth. Mary and the children migrated to Tennessee on a wagon train in 1798 and settled in an area called Little Trammel, just south of the TN / KY border in Sumner Co. TN.George married Eliza Anderson and they had 11 children.Their names are:Frances,Levi,Alfred,Josephus,Amanda,Elizabeth, Mary,George J.,Andy Anderaon,Eli Wilson, and Bina.Some of these children moved to Odin, Il, some lived in KY, one to Kansas and some remained in TN.
Any information to get me past the block in Virginia in the late 1700's would be greatly appreciated. Any links to this family are welcome and I'd be happy to share what I have to help others researching this line. I am the grandson of Andy Anderson Black. Thank you sincerely,
