Am looking for any information regarding German Mercenaries (Hessians) hired by the British to fight colonists in the Ohio Valley (what would eventually be the Ohio Valley). My particular family line is reportedly decended from these folks. Am trying to verify this data. Any thoughts on books are people to contact? Do you have such stories floating around about your ancestors? Thanks! Chuck Black
