Saw your posting on Wm Alfred Black b. @1844 Livingston, KY. Is this Livingston, KY or Livingston Co, KY? My Blacks lived in Rockcastle Co, KY which is where Livingston, KY is located and I am missing an oldest son and his family. My oldest son was b. 1820-22 but could be the father of your William Alfred. They also have ties to IL as some of the later ones moved there.
