It was nice of you to respond, but it was not necessary.

These are the Blacks that I came across on "The Black Register" website. There is more information about them than is listed here.

Listed under--Registration dates between 1803 and 1845(123K), were:

Samuel Black...and served as apprenticeship with Col George Huston of Rockingham, etc.......Renewed the 2nd day of Octo 1828 for Samuel Black who intends leaving the commonwealth J. Kinney, D.C.

Henry Black...formerly bound as an apprentice ot Jacob Hershbarger by the Overseers of the Poor, for Augusta County, to learn the trade of blacksmith, etc...

Sally Black..about 47 years old...seal of Court the 28th day of October 1823, etc...

Mary Black...daughte of the said Sarah Black, etc....

Samy Black...son of Sally Black, etc...

George Black...son of Sally Black, etc...

Jeremiah Black~~~Joseph Black~~~John Black
