I am looking for the father of Jarvis Jackson Black who was born in Indiana in 1834. His mother Sarah was born in NC would like to find her maiden name. Jackson as he was called Married Sarah Jane Numan in December 1850 Washington County, Indiana because he was under 18 his mother had to sign for him and stated that his father was dead.In the 1850 census I find him in Harrison County, indiana
