Between late 1998 and Dec 2000 researcher Mary Black of Calif (e-mail ) posted many messages on the RootsWeb message boards looking for the parents of Joseph Penn Black.

She has not posted any messages since Dec 2000 & her e-mail address is no longer active. She may have been of an age where she could have died.

I am trying to find some way to contact her or members of her family. Can any one who corresponded with her give me more info?
