Cindy, Just an idea if you haven't tried this already. I went to excite.com's people finder and did a search for the last name Black in Enid, Ok and the surrounding area. There are 2 pages of names, addresses and phone numbers, many are male. Maybe you could compose a letter and send it to each..you may get some results, as men don't usually change their last name..maybe one of them is a brother or cousin to your mother. Worth a shot. Good luck in your search.
