Yes. Mary Black was the daughter of Mary Kinmouth Black and James Black!! I know because my Grandfather Clifford Flemming Carr, Sr, who was born at the "Barney Hart" place in Osnabruck Center, Ontario, told me, and wrote about it in his journals. I have been to the Black Homestead (please see my reply to your querie on John O'Neil's marriage with Chester Carr as witness for more info). I have more information for you, but must wait until the weekend to get into it!!
