"MARTIN BLACK - Martin Black, 80, a veteran of the Civil War and a prominent member of the Grand Army of the Republic, died yesterday morning at his home on First Street, Ballast Point.
Mr. Black is survived by his wife and a son, E. A. Black, of Punta Gorda.
Funeral arrangements are not completed. They will be announced upon arrival of relatives."
