Rgena, I called my dad in charlotte last night to see if he knew anymore about his dads parents. He told me a few things which you may already have also. My dad is John Ivester, his father was luther jackson Ivester. Luther had two brothers, Brice and Clifford. Henry Ivesters father was Rich Ivester.Dad said he did not remember any names or infor mation about his grandmother Mary Black. He told me of a relative that would, so I will be giving her a call. As soon as I know more I will call you. This person has my grandmothers family bible. Dad thinks Henry and Mary lived most of their life in clayton Ga. and or Hollywood Ga. He also knows through folk lore, that his fathers people descended from Germany.
