Trying to find information on Edward Black, Jr., who was in the Navy and stationed at Alameda Naval Base, Alameda, CA, in the years of 1944 or 1945.
I have no other information except just this name and possibly his brother's name is Vernon Black. It is very important to locate this person or obtain any information about him or his brother.
