Hi Margaret. I'm not sure which of the sons Matilda moved west with but I have heard that some of the family was in Manitoba or Sask. James stayed in Aurora and ran a cartage firm using Belgian and Clydesdale horses right up until his death in 1945. Except for my grandmother Edith, all James' children stayed in Aurora and there is still family in the area. Florence's daughter Helen Esbe (or Esbey) lives in Cannington, but being in BC myself I haven't had a chance to contact her yet. I have found a possible birthdate for Matilda 1853, father James B. Edwards, mother Aleta Harman, does this sound familiar. Talk to you soon. Deb
