>From the BUTLER CITIZEN, 12 January 1914, p. 2:
JANE S. BLACK -- Mrs. Jane S. Black, widow of the late Eli Black of West
Sunbury, passed peacefully away at 12 m. [sic] Sunday after a short illness.
Mrs. Black was a daughter of the late Edward Graham, Sr., and Lydia Wilson-Graham
and was born May 4, 1829, in Concord township, this county. She is survived
by one sister, Mrs. W.B. Fleeger of Greece City, Pa. Clinton B. Conway,
Walter D. Fleeger and Attorney Walter L. Graham of this city are nephews.
Her husband, Eli Black, deceased, a veteran of the Civil war, preceded
her but eleven months ago.
Mrs. Black was a most highly esteemed lady of consistent Christian character,
being a member of the Presbyterian church since her early girlhood.
Funeral services will be held from her late residence, Tuesday at 2 p.m.
