To whomever reads this:
I am searching for ancestors of Horace W.Black, Sr. He was my husbands
grandfather. Horace was born in Commanche, Texas on Oct. 11, 1911. He lived
and died in Dallas, TX on 5/7/1988. He was married twice. His 1st wife
is unknown. His 2nd wife is Ruby Jewel Gause-Black. They had 3 children.
(Horace Wilson Black, Jr./Sonny, Jan Black-Little and Diane Black) Sonny
passed away on 1/5/01 in Rowlette, Texas. If anybody can refer me to the
Historical Society or Genealogical Society for Commanche, Texas then I
would be most appreciated.
