HI...I was looking thru my g-grandmother's trunk, an actual old trunk and found a bible dated 1823. It's not a family bible, it's just a leather bound 6"x3-4 inch bible. In the back it stated Garret Cody was born in December 1822 and died in 1823. Now I'm about 99.9 % sure this either has to come from my Gould side or my Black side. But as of yet I haven't ran into any Cody's. There is also a name written in the front of the bible it starts with a G possible Glany's, Glady's or something along those lines and the last name of Cody. Does this sound familiar to anyone???
