Again, the children listed in the will of Alexander Black (Ripley Co, IN,
1843) are Hugh, Margaret, Ann, Amelia, Mary Jane and Martha.

Sharon, there are a LOT of families in southeastern Indiana with the last
name BLACK. You may find assistance at the historical societies in
Jefferson county, Ripley county, Switzerland county, Decatur county,
Dearborn county, etc. Most of these counties do have websites so don't
forget to check those out for links to information. Hope I've helped...
