Lincoln co. 1790-95. His wife was Rebecca Oglethorpe. They both died
around 1810 and are buried in Lincoln Co. After their death the children
moved to Ind. and Ill. mostly Vigo and Clark county. I have the lineage
from the parents down but not the parents on either side or where they come
from. There is a Thomas black and a Thomas Oglethorpe in N. Carolina and
Josiah named his first son Thomas. Could this mean something? Any
information on this out there. Any one have access to wills of either of
