Surname: Black, Ingram, Worthing, Barger, WElch

We are looking for an Anne Black, of the Guernsey County region, possibly
eventually in one of the adjoining counties. This is in Ohio. She is listed
in the 1868 Will, written by the patriarch from Wales, a John Ingram. We
are not sure if Black is her maiden name or her married name. Her maiden
name could have been Ingram, if so we do not have a first name for a husband
with the surname Black. This particular surname of Ingram is directly linked
with the other surnames of Worthing, Barger and Welch in among others Wheeling
Township, and Liberty Township, Guernsey County, Ohio. The general timeframe
for these families is 1810 through at least 1900. Thanks in advance, best
