Hi there,
anybody searching the Black family that lived at/ came from Tynron, in Dumfries Scotland?
I have found my Black ancestors living there from the late 1700's, and it seems that they lived there up until the early 1900's.
My line came to Australia in the 1840's.
If Tynron sounds familiar, I would love to hear from you.
regards Karen Wilbur

I also have a John Black I am trying to track down.
He was John B. Black, born about 1852 somewhere in Mississippi, according
to the 1870 census in Anderson Co. TX. He was living near a Thomas C.
Black, born about 1812, somewhere in Tennessee, according to the same
census.
I would appreciate help with both of these persons.
