Hi Judith,

It is certainly a possibility. There is some dispute as to where Harriet was
born. I found no birth data for her and was going by census and death cert.
Unfortunately, I have no info about her siblings. She, too, named her daughter
Hattie, b. 1878 and had one of her sons named William..
