My GGGF was William Sherman Black born 1852 in IL. He married Mary Swafford
born 1855 from AL. They lived in Barber Arkansas and had several children.
Boys were John, Jim, Tom, Ben, and my grandfather Elmer Harrison Black
born July 4, 1888 in Barber Ar. Girls were Jane, Murtle, and Hattie Black.
Elmer married his first wife Pastia Selph born 1883 Milltown, ar. on or
about 11, December 1910. She passed away, I do not know why. Elmer then
married Bessie Mae Cook born October 31, 1894 from Hartshorn, Ok. Siblings
included Frank and Roy Cook. I think she had a relitive in Iowa named Zeffie
Husted. Looking for help with some more info. Thanks.
