Below is only one of Jeremiah CROSS & Ann ( EVERETT) Cross of Wiltshire Eng
& Cleveland OH childre that I am presently working.
. The family came from Eng. in 1830s to Cleveland where Jeremiah was a
grocer. Other children were:
Thomas CROSS, William CROSS, Lousia ( CROSS) BARKWELL, Mary (CROSS)
GREENHALGH

* ( JC2) Mary Ann. CROSS----She was before Mary Ann ( CROSS) FOSTER

There is an IGI record of a Mary Ann Cross being born to Jeremiah Cross &
Mary Ann. Its likely this mother was Ann Mary Everett? Saint Anne
Soho, Westminister, London, Eng.

Jeremiah B.BLACK-Cleveland OH m.1864

Mary Ann CROSS married John Batty Foster ( One record says "Betty" , not
"Batty"?) in 10 Sept 1853 in Cuyahoga OH (likely Cleveland where
she lived). Mary likely married a Jeremiah B. BLACK after in 1864. A Mary A.
Foster married Jeremiah B. Black in 20 Aug 1864 in Cuyahoga,
OH.
Q-So did John die in CW?

Jeremiah Billings Black was born 14 Jan 1835 in Plymouth, Hancock, ME & died
in Erie,Erie,PA
Children by Mary Ann CROSS were:
