Hello all,
I am new to the list and thought I would post my line.

Looking for information on the John BLACK family from Hallowell Maine. His
wife was ? Sobriety (first name unknown). They were both born in Portland
Maine. I know they had at least 2 children. Hattie F. Black (middle name may
be Frances) and there may have been a son Augustus Eugene Black. Hattie was
born October 8, 1850 in Hallowell, Kennebec County, Maine. She married Edward
Proctor in Augusta, Kennebec County on September 1, 1865. They had at least 2
children Herbert Eugene Proctor and Addie Proctor. I know they moved to Lake
County, Ohio around the late to early 1888-1890's. Hattie died in
Painesville, Ohio in 1920. Her son Herbert died there in 1926. Any help is
appreciated. I am just starting out on this line.
