A number of years ago when I was at Andersonville Prison, the National Park
District and volunteers were working on a database which would contain a
lot of the information you are searching. I don't know the status of that
project but genealogist and Civil War researchers and re-enactors were
working with the park district. It might be worth writing to Andersonville.
Most of the National Cemeteries now have a web site. Good Luck.
