Dear Dwight,

You pose a good question which I cannot answer. The dates very may jibe, but
I can't put any of my Black ancestors in America or Ireland or any of the
Colonies or the rest of the world except my direct line who went from
Scotland to New Orleans. They very well may have been kin, but I don't have
any information on them.

Please keep in touch and if you find any passenger list or whatever that
links your James to Scotland, let me know.
