Hi Listers!.
This is what I have on my BLACK line...

Abraham Black born ca. 1848 in Edgar County, IL, was in the
IL 30th INF Volunteer,
Abraham married Eva/Evaline Maddock. Buried in the Paris,
Edgar County Cemetery, IL.
I think Abraham had a brother names Newton Black. Was told
that there were 9 children
born to this union. All believed to be born in Paris, IL,
according to some marriage records I found.

2.Nancy Ellen Black b. 1861 m. Phillip Hamilton (my great
grandparents)
3.Jacob W. Black b. 1871 m. Lizzie Davidson
4.Charles Newton Black b. 1877 m. Ida P. Canton
5.Abrham Black, jr. m. Rhoda Maddock also, son of Abe Jr.,
-Thomas Gilbert Black b. 1874 m. Letha Welch
6.Mary Black b. 1880
7. Girl unknown Black
8.Boy Unknown Black
9.Boy Unknown Black

Would like to connect with anyone who can point me in the
right direction or would share there notes
on this family. I am not having any luck with this...Ugh,
can be sooo frustrating.. Would appreciate anything.
